The video pretends to be taken in one continuous shot, however the giveaway that it isn't is singer Alison Goldfrapp appearing multiple times in different costume throughout the video. On close inspection, a large object usually passes closely in front of the camera between each appearance - a car, a person's back, a phone box, and so on. Most likely the edits have been made around these points. A great video, and it would be interesting to see in more detail exactly how it was done.
